Glass Candy
Glass Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 1 1/4 c. water, 1 1/2 c. white karo and 1 tsp. flavoring oil (cinnamon, peppermint, etc.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil sugar, water and Karo to hard crack.
Remove from heat. Add oil and coloring.
Spread powdered sugar on a jelly roll pan. Pour mixture in pan.
When cool, sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Take out of pan.
Break with hammer or metal knife.
