Gingersnaps
Gingersnaps is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. butter, 2 c. sugar, 2 well beaten eggs, 1/2 c. molasses and 2 tsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Cream together the butter and sugar. Stir in the eggs, molasses and vinegar.
Sift and add dry ingredients.
Mix until well blended.
Form the dough into 3/4-inch balls by rolling dough in between your palms.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet for 12 minutes.
