Gingersnaps
Gingersnaps is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. shortening or butter, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. dark molasses, 1 egg and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream the butter and sugar. Add molasses and egg. Beat well. Add dry ingredients.
Mix well. Cover and chill.
Form in 1-inch balls and roll in sugar.
Cook on greased cookie sheets in a 350Β° oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen.
