Gingersnaps
Gingersnaps is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. margarine, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. molasses, 1 egg and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream margarine, sugar, molasses and egg together.
Stir flour, salt, baking soda, cloves and ginger together.
Add to creamed mixture.
Mixture will be soft.
Roll in little balls and roll in sugar.
Place on lightly greased cookie sheet, 2-inches apart.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes.
