Gingerbread Muffins
Gingerbread Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shortening, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1 c. molasses and 3 c. sifted all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream together shortening and sugar.
Add egg; beat well.
Add molasses.
Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and salt.
Add to first mixture.
Add water; beat until smooth.
Fill small greased muffin pan 2/3 full.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 20.
