Gingerbread Cake
Gingerbread Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (14.5 oz.) box gingerbread cake mix (krusteaz), 3/4 c. ginger ale, 1/4 c. bourbon, 2 eggs and 1/4 c. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Butter and flour a 1 1/2-quart ovenproof glass or metal loaf pan.
Mix together cake mix, water, bourbon, eggs and melted butter.
Beat for 30 seconds.
Pour batter into greased pan.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool completely before removing from pan.
