Gingerbread
Gingerbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 tbsp. molasses, 1 1/2 c. plain flour and 1/2 c. oats, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix flour, bran, spices and soda together in a bowl.
Put the milk and orange juice in another bowl and lightly beat in the eggs.
Put margarine, sugar and molasses in a saucepan on low heat and stir until sugar has dissolved.
Remove from heat, stir in the dry ingredients and then add the egg mixture.
Pour into a 2 lb. loaf pan lined with baking parchment and bake for 40 minutes.
