Gingerbread
Gingerbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sifted flour, 1/2 tsp. soda, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine flour, soda, baking powder, sugar, salt and seasonings.
In small bowl, combine milk and eggs thoroughly. Blend in molasses and oil.
Pour batter into 2 greased square baking pans.
Bake at 325Β° for 40 to 50 minutes or until brown. Remove pans.
Use toothpick to test for doneness.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
Serves 9 to 10.
