Ginger-Spiced Chicken
Ginger-Spiced Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into strips, 2 garlic cloves, minced, 2 tbsp. oil, 2 c. stir-fry vegetables and 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Saute chicken and garlic in oil until lightly browned, about 4 minutes.
Vegetables.
Cook and stir until crisp and tender, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Combine water, cornstarch and soy sauce in small bowl, stirring until smooth. Stir in chicken mixture.
Add ginger and bouillon cube.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and comes to boil. Cook 1 minute.
Spoon over rice.
