Gina'S Favorite Truffles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. heavy cream, 6 tbsp. butter, 2 3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces or raspberry chocolate morsels, orange liqueur or any flavored brandy for flavor and confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat cream and butter over medium heat.
Bring to boil. Remove.
Stir in chocolate and liqueur or brandy until chocolate melts.
Refrigerate mixture until you can shape.
Roll into balls. Roll in confectioners sugar or cocoa.
Put on a wax paper lined pan and refrigerate until firm.
