Gerry's Potatoes
Gerry'S Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 potatoes, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 tsp. onion salt, 1 c. sour cream and 1 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil and drain potatoes; add cheese and sour cream which are at room temperature; beat into potatoes while hot until fluffy.
Add salts and put in a 2-quart casserole.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle paprika over.
Refrigerate overnight before baking.
Can be frozen for later use.
Bake for 45 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
(If frozen, bake 1 1/2 hours.)
