German Schnitzel
German Schnitzel is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 slices pork tenderloin, 2 to 3 eggs, beaten well, bread crumbs, mustard and salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

First, flatten meat to tenderize and make larger.
(This can be done by pounding meat with the flat side of meat cleaver or plate edge.)
Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder and spread with mustard.
Dip meat in egg on both sides and then dip in bread crumbs.
Melt margarine in skillet at medium-high heat.
When margarine is hot, add meat and fry until brown on both sides.
If egg is left over, scramble and place on top of meat.
