German Pancake(Sometimes Called Dutch Babies) is an easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1/3 c. milk, 1/3 c. flour, sifted, 1/4 tsp. salt (scant) and 1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat the eggs.
Add flour, milk and salt, mix well.
Add the melted butter.
Put in greased cake pan (or I use iron skillet). Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes until well browned, about 6-inches high.
When baked, cut into wedges and serve.
I usually double or triple this recipe.
