Melt margarine in ovenproof skillet, about 10 minutes in diameter.
Combine flour, milk, eggs and nutmeg in bowl.
Pour into hot skillet.
Bake in preheated 450Β° oven 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and lemon juice and serve immediately.
