Made with 2 c. soft unseeded rye bread crumbs, 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained in colander, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1 tsp. caraway seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all of the ingredients together; then add 2 pounds of ground beef.
Mix them and form a loaf 10 inches long by 8 inches wide.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan in a 350Β° oven for 1 1/4 hours. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
