Coat 9 X 13 pan with Pam.
Spread nuts and coconut in bottom of pan.
Prepare cake mix and pour over nuts and coconut.
Melt margarine.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and margarine.
Spread over cake and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Cool and cut.
