German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake
German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shredded coconut, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 stick margarine and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine coconut and nuts and put in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch inch pan.
Prepare cake according to package.
Pour over coconut and nut mixture.
Place margarine and cream cheese in a saucepan and heat until warm enough to stir in confectioners sugar.
Mix well and spoon over top of cake.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Don't cut until cool.
