German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. coconut, 1 pkg. german chocolate cake mix, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Grease well and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix pecans and coconut; spread in bottom of pan.
Prepare the cake mix and pour over the nuts and coconut mixture.
In heavy saucepan, mix the cream cheese, margarine and confectioners sugar.
Spread over cake mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Let cool for 15 minutes.
Turn into serving tray.
