German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake
German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shredded coconut, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 stick margarine and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix together coconut and pecans.
Put in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Prepare cake mix using directions on box.
Pour over coconut and pecan mixture.
Place margarine and cream cheese in saucepan and heat until warm enough to stir in confectioners sugar.
Spoon on top of cake batter.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.
Do not cut until cold.
