Grease 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Line bottom with wax paper. Sprinkle pecans over wax paper, then sprinkle coconut over pecans.
Prepare cake mix according to directions on box.
Pour over nuts and coconut.
Mix confectioners sugar, butter and cream cheese.
Spread over cake mix.
Be careful not to spread on the edge.
Spread in middle only.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 50 minutes. Cool and turn out to serve.
