Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place pecans and coconut in bottom of pan.
Mix cake as directed on box.
Pour over pecans and coconut, then combine together butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Melt on low heat. Pour over cake and bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
