Sprinkle nuts and coconut in that order into a well-greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix cake mix according to package directions. Pour over coconut and nuts. Combine remaining ingredients; beat until smooth and dollop over cake. DO NOT SPREAD. Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cool; turn out on serving tray.
