Butter large baking pan.
Sprinkle coconut and pecans on bottom of pan.
Mix box cake mix as directed and pour over coconut and pecans.
Mix margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar.

Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes. Cool; cut in squares from pan.
