Preheat oven to 350Β°. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, butter, cocoa, baking soda, salt, eggs, milk and vanilla.
Beat at medium speed until blended.
Stir in pecans.
Drop dough into 1-1/4 inch balls on ungreased cookie sheet. flatten slightly.
Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until almost set.
Cool slightly; remove to wire rack.
Cool completely.
Prepare filling.
Spread flat side of one cookie with 1 heaping tablespoon of filling; cover with flat side of second cookie.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
