German Chocolate Icing
German Chocolate Icing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. pet milk, 1 c. sugar, 3 egg yolks, 1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter or margarine and 1 1/3 c. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine milk and sugar in heavy saucepan.
Beat yolks in small bowl until smooth.
Add to milk and sugar when mixture is just warm.
Bring to boil and cook, stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat and beat until.
Add coconut and pecans and frost top of each layer of German chocolate cake.
