German Chocolate Frosting is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. pet milk, 1 c. sugar, 1 stick margarine, 3 egg yolks, beaten and 1 1/3 c. angel flake coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix Pet milk, sugar, margarine and egg yolks well.
Cook over medium heat until thickened, about 5 to 8 minutes.
Take off heat and add coconut and pecans.
Add vanilla.
Beat until cool.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
