Mix sugar and cocoa, then add milk.
Add butter, bring to a boil.
Hard boil for 3 minutes.
Stir while cooking.
Remove from heat and add 2 c. oatmeal, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2/3 cup peanut butter.
Mix well and drop on wax paper.
