Sprinkle coconut bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix the chocolate cake mix, pudding, eggs, vanilla, pour over the nuts and coconut mixture.
Mix the cream cheese, margarine and powdered sugar.
Spread over the cake dough. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until center of cake springs back.
