Heat oven to 350Β° and grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine in large bowl: cake mix, water, eggs and oil.
Mix at low speed until moistened and 2 minutes at medium speed.
Stir in 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts.
Pour into pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
