German Apple Cake
German Apple Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 3/4 c. oil, 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Pour 1/2 batter into greased and floured bundt pan. Mix 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 4 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/2 cup chopped nuts together and sprinkle on top of batter. Pour rest of batter over this.
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Test for doneness. Cool 15 minutes. Mix some powdered sugar, cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon margarine in pan, melt, and pour on top of cake as glaze.
