Georgia's Pasta Salad
Georgia'S Pasta Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 garlic cloves, minced, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1/2 c. finely chopped onions, 1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips and 1 large yellow bell pepper, cut into strips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook garlic in oil for 1 minute.
Add onions and bell peppers. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add wine and olives.
Boil wine until reduced by half.
Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in cooked rotelle.
