Georgia Peanut Cookies
Georgia Peanut Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. soft butter or magarine, 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed, 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter, 1/2 tsp. baking soda and peanuts for garnish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cream butter with sugar and peanut butter.
Add vanilla and egg.
Beat until fluffy. Stir in baking soda and salt.
Blend in flour and mix until a stiff dough forms.
Shape into walnut-size balls.

Press with fork crosswise to flatten.
Sprinkle with peanuts.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
