Georgia Peach Cake
Georgia Peach Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. lemon rind, 2 eggs and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cream butter and 1/2 cup sugar.
Add lemon rind; beat.
Add eggs.
Mix next 3 dry ingredients and add to batter a little at a time.
Pour half of batter into greased 9 x 9-inch square pan. Place drained peach slices over batter.
Add remaining batter to cover peaches.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over peaches.
