Georgia Bell Peach Salad
Georgia Bell Peach Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (3 oz.) pkg. peach gelatin, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 large can peaches, 1 large can crushed pineapple and 1 small can mandarin oranges, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Drain all fruit and use juice for liquid.
With a fork, mix cream cheese with dry gelatin until it is a smooth paste.
Then slowly add 1 cup boiling juice.
Gradually add rest of juice (or water if not enough juice). Mix well.
Let stay in refrigerator until it begins to thicken.
Cut up peaches and mandarin oranges into small pieces.
Add fruit to thickened jello.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Put in mold.
