Geoff's Jiffy Cake
Geoff'S Jiffy Cake is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in just 48 minutes. Made with pie filling (apple, cherry or blueberry), (9 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix, margarine (1/4 lb.) and c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Empty can of pie filling into 6 x 10-inch buttered Pyrex dish. Sprinkle dry cake mix over this just as it comes out of package. Do not pat down.
Melt butter and drizzle it over all.
Sprinkle nuts over the top and bake for 1 hour in a 350Β° oven.
Cut into squares and serve warm with ice cream.
