Genny's Pecan Pie
Genny'S Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 unbaked 10-inch pie shell, 3 eggs, beaten slightly, 1 stick margarine, melted, 1/2 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. plain flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and flour until well blended.
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together, including the sugar and flour mixture.
Pour into the shell and bake until firm or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Bake in a 300Β° oven for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
