Gelatin Salad
Gelatin Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope knox gelatin, 1/4 c. cold water, 1 small can crushed pineapple, juice from pineapple and enough water to make 1 c. and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve gelatin in water.
Heat together pineapple juice, lemon juice and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over gelatin and let stand until partially set.
Add Cheddar cheese and pineapple.
Chill until set.
Just before serving, cube gelatin with spoon and fold in one cup Cool Whip or whipped cream.
Serves 6.
