Gelatin Heavenly Hash
Gelatin Heavenly Hash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. (4 servings) jell-o (any flavor), 3/4 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. cold water, ice cubes and 1 c. thawed cool whip or sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
Remove any unmelted ice.
Add whipped topping, blending until smooth.
Stir in pineapple, mandarin oranges, marshmallows and nuts.
Pour in a serving bowl or individual dessert dishes.
Chill until set, about 2 hours. Garnish with additional fruit and mint leaves, if desired.
