Gazpacho
Gazpacho is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 cans chopped, stewed tomatoes, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 large green pepper, chopped, 1 large cucumber, chopped and 2 or 3 cloves garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a blender or food processor, blend tomatoes.
Add fine chopped vegetable, garlic, Hawaiian peppers and cilantro.
Add V-8 juice, olive oil, vinegar and salt.
Cover and chill.
Garnish with garlic croutons.
