Gazpacho
Gazpacho is an impressive dinner. Made with 24 oz. can v-8 juice, juice of 1 lemon, 16 oz. can tomatoes or 3 peeled whole fresh tomatoes, 4 slices stale bread and 14 oz. can chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Into blender put the first four ingredients.
Blend well.
Pour into large plastic bowl.
Add broth, vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and Tabasco to taste.
Stir well.
Now add the remaining ingredients.
Chill overnight or at least 4 hours; stir again before serving.
This improves with age.
Serves 8.
