Gazpacho
Gazpacho is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 c. tomato juice, 2 c. peeled, chopped tomato, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup, undiluted, 1 1/4 c. water and 3/4 c. peeled, chopped cucumber, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine all ingredients except cucumber slices.
