Gary'S White Crumb Breakfast Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. margarine, 3/4 c. milk and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream shortening and add flour sifted with sugar, baking powder and salt.
Mix into crumbs.
Take 1/2 cup of crumbs out for the top.
To remaining crumbs, add the eggs, milk, vanilla and nutmeg.
Beat well.
Pour into two 8-inch, well-greased pans.
Put crumbs on top.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 minutes.
