Garlic Spread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 whole head garlic, 1 c. strained yogurt, 1 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°. Slice about 1/2-inch off the top of the garlic.
Wrap it in aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove foil and press until all flesh squeezes out.
You should have 1 heaping tablespoonful of purée.
Mix it with the yogurt, parsley, black pepper and salt.
