Put potatoes in baking dish.
Sprinkle about 1/4 cup water over potatoes.
Pour melted butter with garlic over potatoes. Cover with waxed paper or plastic wrap.
Cook for 20 minutes on High.
Check to see if tender, continue cooking 5 minutes at a time until done to your liking.
May also be topped with cheese.
