Garlic Pot Roast
Garlic Pot Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 fresh garlic head, 1 medium pot roast, 1/2 c. worcestershire sauce, 1/2 c. soy sauce and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Stuff pea sized pieces of garlic into one inch cuts in roast by using a sharp knife. Do this all over roast, then brown roast in a large skillet with just enough grease to lightly cover bottom of pan. After roast is browned on both sides, put into a crock pot, add salt and pepper and the sauces. Finish filling crock pot 3/4 full with water. Cook for 8 to 10 hours on high or until tender. (You may add onions, carrots and potatoes if desired, then fill with water.)
