Garlic Dill Pickles
Garlic Dill Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with dill, garlic, small hot red peppers, cucumbers and salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
In the bottom of sterilized quart jars, put a large spray of dill, 1 clove garlic and 1 hot pepper.
Pack firm cucumbers, washed and dried, in the jars and fill with brine made of 1 cup salt and 1 cup cider vinegar to each 14 cups of cold water.
Top each jar with another spray of dill and a clove of garlic.
Seal jars and store in a dark, cool spot for 4 to 6 weeks before using.
