Garlic Chicken With Pasta is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 oz. corkscrew macaroni, 3/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved, 2/3 c. chicken broth, 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper and 2 tsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook pasta; drain well.
Rinse chicken and cut into 3/4-inch pieces.
Stir together chicken broth, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Preheat wok.
Add onion, garlic, oregano and thyme; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms and zucchini; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes. Add oil, then chicken to wok.
Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes.
