Garden Vegetable Pie
Garden Vegetable Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh broccoli or 10 oz. frozen broccoli, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped pepper, 1 c. shredded cheddar and 1 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease 10-inch oblong pan or same size pie pan.
Heat broccoli to boiling.
Cover and cook 5 minutes.
Drain. Mix broccoli, onion, pepper and cheese in pan.
Beat other ingredients until smooth.
Pour in pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes.
