Preheat oven to 400Β°. In a medium bowl, thoroughly blend milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper; set aside.
Lightly grease 10-inch pie plate.
Cook vegetables for about 5 minutes.
Toss vegetables with cheese and spoon into pie plate.
Pour batter over vegetables and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
