Garden-Vegetable Pasta
Garden-Vegetable Pasta is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pasta (any shape), 1 lb. bag frozen vegetables, 1 c. sour cream, 1 oz. pkg. garden-vegetable party-dip mix and parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water.
About 5 minutes before the pasta is done, stir in the bag of frozen vegetables. While they cook, in a large serving bowl, mix sour cream and party-dip mix.
Drain pasta and vegetables well, then add to the sour cream mixture and toss to mix and coat.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
